Each sword will be painstakingly re-created, with steel fittings cast from molds of an original screen-used prop sword.

The hand-hollowground and hand-finished blade (with the process overseen by Jody Samson) is of durable 1075 steel, heat treated to a tough 56 HRC.

The grip will be stabilized birch with a leather overwrap.

The first 1,000 production swords come with a certificate signed by Jody.
